Move-in Waste Bins on Campus
Move-in season is here. Temporary waste containers are now available outside of residence halls to collect cardboard separately from other materials. Help Notre Dame continue to improve waste diversion rates by informing your residents not to put anything in a waste container unless they know where it’s going. Look for dumpsters labeled “cardboard” to recycle properly and dispose of other materials in accordance with their signage. Single-stream recycling, such as plastic bottles, aluminum cans, and paper, should continue to be placed in recycling toters available throughout campus buildings. If you need items like old furniture removed, submit a work order request using the Surplus tile.
